For cancellations between 7-14 days, a 50% refund is issued. In cases of sudden natural blockages or landslides, we provide free itinerary rescheduling to alternate dates.

What payment methods do you accept, and how much advance is required?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking (NEFT/IMPS), Credit/Debit Cards, and Direct Bank Transfers. To confirm and block your hotel bookings and private cab, a nominal token advance of 20%–30% is required. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at your destination or in scheduled milestones.

We provide dedicated, commercially registered, air-conditioned private vehicles (such as Dzire, Etios, Ertiga, Innova Crysta, and Tempo Travellers) with experienced, verified mountain and highway drivers. The cab remains with your group for all specified airport/railway transfers, intercity travel, and sightseeing per the itinerary.

Standard packages include daily buffet breakfast and dinner (MAP plan) at all hotel destinations. Sightseeing transportation is included as per the itinerary.
